Evening primrose oil 800 mg, of which LA Linoleic acid 560 mg - GLA Gamma linolenic acid 70 mg

Vitex Agnus Castus
Contents 60 capsules. Composition per capsule
Vitex Agnus-Castus (Vitex leaf) 300 mg
Ingredients: Vitex Agnus-Castus and vegetable capsule.
Magnesium citrate + Vitamin B6 capsules
Contents 60 capsules. Composition per capsule:
Magnesium citrate 200 mg = 53% RDA*
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg = 357% RDA*
Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, blackcurrant extract, vegetable capsule and vitamin B6.

Dosage and use
Recommended daily amount:
- Evening primrose oil: 20 drops per day. If desired, you can increase the daily dose to 20 drops twice a day. Please note: should not be used in combination with blood thinners or aspirin (even in low doses).
- Vitex Agnus Castus: 1 capsule per day. If desired, you can increase the daily dose to a maximum of 2 capsules per day. Please note: do not take this if you are using progesterone or other hormones (including the contraceptive pill); consult your doctor first!
- Magnesium citrate + Vitamin B6: 1-2 capsules per day.
Intake:
- Evening primrose oil: preferably taken pure on a spoon during/after a meal. The drops are quickly and effectively absorbed by the body. Shake before use.
- Vitex Agnus Castus: preferably taken in the morning on an empty stomach with water. For night-time hot flushes/sweating, you can also take a capsule before going to bed. The emphasis of monk's pepper is on long-term effect rather than quick results.
- Magnesium citrate + Vitamin B6: preferably taken with a meal and a glass of water.
