Dosage and use
Daily dose for adults: 1 capsule
Intake: preferably half an hour before a meal or one hour after a meal. Tip: take with vitamin C (e.g. orange juice) for good absorption of iron. Do not take at the same time as dairy products, tea or coffee, as this can reduce absorption.
