Dosage and use
Daily dose for adults: 20 drops = 0.8 ml. If desired, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 3 x 20 drops per day.
Daily dose for children aged 12 and over: 10 drops = 0.4 ml. Maximum dosage 2 x 10 drops per day.
Intake: pure on a spoon. Shake before use.
IMPORTANT: This food supplement should not be used in combination with antidepressants. Due to the powerful effect of this herb, it is recommended to first check the interaction with other prescribed medications. The simultaneous use of other medications may influence the effect. It may also reduce the effectiveness and reliability of the contraceptive pill. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking St. John's Wort.
