Dosage and use
Daily dose for adults: 20 to 40 drops - 0.8 ml/1.6 ml per day.
Please note: This supplement contains D3 25 mcg /1000 IU per 20 drops.
Intake: during a meal, pure on a spoon for best absorption. The drops can also be mixed with food or drink (e.g. orange juice). The multivitamin + D3 supplement is best taken with a meal. This is because fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed in combination with a meal, as meals usually contain some fat. The drops are quickly and effectively absorbed by the body. Shake before use.

Gluten-free?
Yes, wheat germ oil is used in our Multi + D3 drops, but thanks to a special filter technology, it is completely gluten-free.

Carrot oil extract: (beta-carotene) is converted into vitamin A in the body. Carrot extract contains numerous vitamins, including A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E and various minerals, including calcium, iron, copper, magnesium and zinc.
Celery oil extract: contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B11, C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and zinc.
