Why we do not add calcium and magnesium to our multivitamin
When formulating our multivitamin formula, we consciously choose a good balance between absorption and effectiveness. That is why we do not add calcium and magnesium to our multivitamin capsules. These two minerals interact significantly with other substances, such as iron and zinc.
Calcium can reduce the absorption of iron when taken at the same time. This also applies, to a lesser extent, to magnesium. Because iron is an essential mineral that is difficult to absorb, we want to keep its absorption optimal. By supplementing calcium and magnesium separately, at different times of the day, you prevent mutual interference in absorption and make optimal use of the effects of each mineral.

Dosage and use
Daily dose for children aged 5 years and older: 1 capsule per day and from 10 years 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Intake: during a meal. Vitamins are better absorbed in combination with a meal, as these usually contain some fat.
