Dosage and use
Daily dose for adults: 1-2 capsules. If your resistance and immune system are weakened, you can temporarily increase the daily amount to a maximum of 1 capsule twice a day.

The extract from the maitake mushroom is obtained by hot water extraction. The supplement contains 600 mg of fresh mushrooms and the extract is 4:1 150 mg.
