Dosage and use
Recommended daily dose for adults:
- Echinacea drops: 20 drops per day
- Vitamin C with grape seed extract: 15 drops per day
- Multivitamin + D3: 20 drops per day
Intake: Take before/during a meal. Pure on a spoon. You can also mix it into yoghurt, food, smoothies, etc. Take the 3 types of supplements at the same time. The drops are absorbed directly into the body through the oral mucosa. They are 100% natural with no additives.
