Delivery time: Ordered on working days before 10 p.m. = delivered tomorrow. Delivery is normally delivered within 24 hours. If a product is not in stock and the delivery time will take longer, this will be reported within 24 hours. If you order on a Saturday during the weekend, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you order before 17:00 on Sunday, your order will be delivered on Monday for the Netherlands and Tuesday for Belgium and Germany.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered with PostNL to the delivery address specified by you. In the meantime, you will receive track & trace information to track your package.
Costs: For orders in the Netherlands up to 39 euros, the shipping costs are 4.95. For Belgium and Germany 5.95. Above 39 euros, shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free!
Returns: It is of course annoying if you are not satisfied, have a complaint about the service or products as you have experienced them.
Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint by e-mail to the customer contact department. This can be done by e-mail to [email protected]
Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where Vitaminbottle is affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. In this case, please contact us first. Perhaps we can do something for you and offer a solution.
