Delivery time: Ordered on working days before 10 p.m. = delivered tomorrow. Delivery is normally delivered within 24 hours. If a product is not in stock and the delivery time will take longer, this will be reported within 24 hours. If you order on a Sunday before 5 p.m. during the weekend, your order will be delivered on Monday.

Costs: For orders in the Netherlands up to 39 euros, the shipping costs are 4.95. For Belgium and Germany 5.95. Above 39 euros, shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free!

Prepayment: You can transfer the total amount to account number IBAN number: NL92 RABO 0103315233 t.n.v. VB Nederland B.V in Leerdam, stating your name and customer number. In this case, we will process the order once your payment has been received. Subsequently, the delivery times that are stated on the site at that time apply.

Returns: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. In this case, please contact us first. Perhaps we can do something for you and offer a solution.
