Watermelon ice lollies

What do you need for 4 ice lollies?
- ¼ of a watermelon
- juice of ¼ lemon
- 4 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C from Vitaminfit
- ice lolly moulds
How do you make the ice lollies?
1. Cut the watermelon into pieces and put them in a food processor or blender
2. Add the lemon juice and blend the fruit into a juice
3. Put a tablespoon of juice in each ice lolly mould, then add the chopped strawberries
4. Add 10 drops of vitamin C to each ice lolly
5. Spoon the rest of the juice on top until the mould is full
6. Close the ice lolly and place in the freezer for a few hours
7. Take them out on warm, sunny days so you and your family can enjoy a refreshing, healthy snack rich in vitamin C
Strawberry ice cubes

What do you need for strawberry ice lollies?
- A punnet of strawberries
- Vitamin C drops
- Ice cube trays
How do you make the ice cubes?
1. Clean the strawberries and put them in a food processor or blender
2. Pour the strawberry juice into the ice cube trays
3. Add ¼ teaspoon of vitamin C to each compartment
4. Place in the freezer for a few hours and take them out for a refreshing summer drink
Tip! Put the ice cubes in cold water with fresh mint and cucumber. Or make a tasty mocktail with sparkling water, strawberry ice cubes, fresh mint and a slice of lemon, possibly with a tasty sugar rim!
