Dosage and use
Recommended daily dosage:
- Ashwangandha KSM-66®: 1 - 2 capsules per day
- Calcium + vitamin D3: 1 - 2 capsules per day
- Vitex Agnus Castus: 1 capsule per day. If desired, you can increase the daily dose to a maximum of 2 capsules per day
Intake:
- Ashwangandha KSM-66®: during a meal. It can be taken in the morning or in the evening with a glass of water.
- Calcium + vitamin D3: preferably in the evening with a glass of water.
- Vitex Agnus Castus: preferably taken in the morning on an empty stomach with water. If you experience night-time hot flushes/sweating, you can also take a capsule before going to bed. The emphasis of Monnikenpeper is on long-term effects rather than quick results.
