Dosage and use
Recommended daily dosage:
- Hair drops + Biotin: 20 drops per day. Depending on the condition of your hair, you can increase the dosage to a maximum of 40 drops per day.
- Zinc Selenium Magnesium Complex Capsules: 1 capsule per day.
- Vitamin C drops with grape seed extract (OPC): 15 drops. If desired, you can adjust the dosage to 15 drops 3 times a day.
Intake: supplements can be taken at the same time, preferably with meals. The drops can be taken neat on a spoon or mixed into a drink. Do not take zinc selenium magnesium at the same time as calcium (including calcium from food).
