Daily dose for adults: 20 drops - 0.8 ml - Depending on the condition of your hair, you can increase the dosage to a maximum of 40 drops per day.
Daily dose for children: 10 drops - 0.4 ml - maximum per day 15 drops.
Intake: pure on a spoon with a meal or mixed with food if desired.
