What are Prebiotics and Probiotics?
Probiotics are live microorganisms that occur naturally in the human body, particularly in the intestines. Dosage and use
Net content: 30 ml (32 daily doses)
Daily dose for children: 1 - 3 years: 9 drops, from 4 years: 18 drops
Can also be used for adults, dosage: 18-27 drops. Dosage can be adjusted as needed.
Intake: at any time of the day with a glass of water or pure on a spoon, preferably divided over two moments. The pre- and probiotic drops can be given with food or drink. You can safely mix it with milk, juice, yoghurt or porridge – as long as the food or drink is not too hot (not above 70°C), because then the fibres work less well.
