Dosage and use
Recommended daily dosage:
- Calcium + Vitamin D3: 1 - 2 capsules per day
- Vitamin K2 (MK7): 10 drops per day
- Zinc Selenium Magnesium Complex: 1 capsule per day
Intake:
- Calcium + Vitamin D3: preferably in the evening with a glass of water.
- Vitamin K2 (MK7): pure on a spoon or mixed into a drink. Use during a meal. Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin. So it is good to take it with food that contains a little fat. Please note: it is important to take it with a little fat, otherwise it will not be properly absorbed by the body. The drops are quickly and effectively absorbed by the body. Shake before use.
