In this blog, we share a delicious recipe for a healthy Back to School - Vegan Bento Box, with homemade vegan muesli bars! Healthy eating contributes to good energy levels and prevents energy dips throughout the day. We share more tips for your child's energy levels.
What do you need for vegan muesli bars?
- 100 grams of muesli
- 100 grams of oatmeal
- A handful of nuts
- A handful of currants
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds from Vitaminfit
- 1 tbsp Grape seeds from Vitaminfit
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds from Vitaminfit
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana, chopped
- Optional: 1 tbsp caster sugar
How to make vegan muesli bars?
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Form a square about 1.5 cm thick from the finely ground ingredients
- Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes
- Allow to cool and then cut into bars
